If you want to keep costs down, but still go for the 'retro' look, a set of old-style clocks, a chrome front mudguard (if it'll fit), chrome rear guard (plus light assembly, etc) would probably get you most of the way there. BTW, am fairly sure you can get brand-new replica chrome rear guards that aren't over-expensive.
If you're repainting the bike, a CB125S (drum brake) colour scheme might work on your current tank/panels; otherwise old-style tank and seat will prob' fit, but the side panels may be a prob'.
If you want to complete the look, a CB125S exhaust system would finish it off.
