Wouldn't you be able to do a charge back at your bank? No sure how it works with ebay/payapl though.

I bought something, didn't turn up after 2 weeks, messaged the guy, sent another, didn't turn up again, refunded me. Few days after both turned up Laughing Thumbs Up

I'm guessing it was a vehicle part listed under vehicles, but if you actually told us, we wouldn't have to guess.

Open an item not received case with Ebay and be done with it.

How did you pay?

Paypal can pretty much dispute anything through their resolution... if you explain it was listed in the wrong area.

All hail the mighty power of the paypal chargeback. I've heard that scummers have even used it to claim back for items that "never arrived" despite the seller providing proof of postage. Should be able to easily use it for a legit claim.

IIRC paypal protection is different from ebay protection, you can still use it for claiming of random online shops; so the wrong ebay section shouldn't be a problem.

It works, especially if they squiggle with a random letter at the beginning...
