Yes can't be mistaken for normal, user entered hotlinks and their script seems to have been streamlined.

That was my main problem the last time they came up, the skimresources script was making pages lag for maybe 10-15 seconds before displaying.

Also learn to noscript. Takes a bit to get your whitelist set up but after that it makes your porn internet browsing experience much less annoying. Catches most popups, annoying flashy things, toolbars that appear up from the bottom of the page and redirects.
