I ordered some "Think Bike" stickers from eBay last month. When they arrived, it turned out that they were bumper stickers, not interior window stickers. There was nothing on the listing that said they were exterior or interior stickers - I wrongly assumed that they were window stickers...

I phoned up a few weeks ago, and a nice bloke said dont worry about it, send them back and we will send some interior ones to you. So I sent them back.

After not receiving them two weeks later, this is what has been said by the illiterate goon.

Dear brochsignsandprint2010,

Hi,

I received this item a few weeks ago and realised that I should have requested window stickers, rather than stickers for the exterior.

I called up and spoke to someone who said to send them back with a note requesting window stickers instead and that you would send some out.

That was 2 weeks ago. Have you sent them out?

Thanks

Dear robcbr1981,

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear brochsignsandprint2010,

Hi,

I didn't return it by tracking as its a low value item. I bought 3 stickers on 29th Sep.
It is the internal window sticker that I need.
My address is: .........
Thanks
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear robcbr1981,

hi ill send u new ones out tomorrow now
but i feel very sad u concider it alright that u sent with no tracker a cheap item3x item i mihght add u think this is acceptable fo rus to loose out on to try
and help u u ordered wrong ones not us now u have lost the items so we cant even re sell them and were expected to send u new ones and u think
this is a shrugg of foffence
very sad
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear brochsignsandprint2010,
With respect, I think it is very sad that you chose to respond in such an unprofessional way.
I did order the wrong sticker, but to be fair, the item never stated that it was an exterior sticker either.
As for the tracking, you did not send the item by tracked delivery, so why would I return the item by tracked delivery? It was something like £3.50 so why
would I waste money paying for tracked delivery?
Don't worry about sending interior stickers out, I will buy some from elsewhere. You have shot yourself in the foot though, because members of our bike club
wanted to see what these were like before buying a bulk order. Somebody else will get our business now.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear robcbr1981,
With respect, WAT RESPECT UR NOT SHOWING ANY .I think it is very sad that you chose to
respond in such an unprofessional way. I THINK ITS VERY SAD YOU CHOISE TO OARGUE OVER
A SMALL STICKER BECAUSE U ORDERED IT WRONGLY YET I WAS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO IGNORE IT AND
MOVE ON AND REPLACE AT MY EXPENSE FOR U

I did order the wrong sticker,YES UDID but to be fair, the item never stated that it was an
exterior sticker either.IT DOESNT NEED TO DO U WALK BACKWARDS DO U DRIVE DOWN STREET IN
REVERSE OF COURSE NOT .

As for the tracking, you did not send the item by tracked delivery, I DID NOT COREECT
ALTHOUGH ITS MY MONEY TO WASTE SENDING REPLACEMENTS IF I NEED TO SO ITS MY CHOICE .so why
would I return the item by tracked delivery? BECAUS EU CAN THEN PROVE U SENT IT .It was
something like £3.50 so why would I waste money paying for tracked delivery? TO PROVE U
RETURNED IT AND CLAINM INSURANCE IF LOST

Don't worry about sending interior stickers out, I WONT WORRY ABOUT IT .I will buy some from
elsewhere.GOOD. You have shot yourself in the foot though,DONT THINK SO . because members of
our bike club wanted to see what these were like before buying a bulk order. SO WHAT .Somebody
else will get our business now.GOOD FOR THEM .
ANY WAY WHAT DO U THINK OF MY NEW STICKER FOR CAR OWNERS NOT BIKERS RIDE UR BIKE IN THE MIDDLE
OF THE ROAD AND ILL OPEN MY DOOR YOU MUPPET

Maybe everyone on the forum can order some stickers and say they never turned up and get a refund Wink

Seems like a bit of a knob, but why are you buying Think Bike stickers?

You can get them for free.

Its a little disappointing that someone running a business on ebay cannot take the time to write out a literate response to your query.

Oops, didn't see that.

I'd still rather wait, than pay for something I could get for free though.

Wind your neck back in... I wasnt arguing the toss about the stickers. If they had said "tough" straight away, I would have accepted it as my own fault, but they didnt. My first email to them was polite, then I got the pigeon English response... The reason why I continued to reply was down to his attitude, not because of a few stickers costing £3...

what i mean to say is the reason he cant spell very well may be something out of his controll.

its not hard when placing an order to look and see that its the correct item you want i bet he left bad feedback aswell because hes cool like that.

hes not going to go out the way to send something free tht

I agree. Just because open office is free and has a spell checker so the person could write out their emails, spell check them then cut and paste just to look professional doesn't mean he should. Obviously society should accommodate his sheer laziness and we should each individually hire a translator.

Now stop being silly.
