Thinking of buying this bike to use temporarily.

Does the engine have a balancer shaft?

Also how long does it take to get the V5 back after registering an import?

Cheers.

Least of your worries.

You'll want it to have no rust, 0 miles and a proper ground up rebuild with loctite, chinese bikes are considered temporary anyway.

+1 to the loctite. Just about every bolt will want to vibrate loose off the bike.

I can safely say after riding one 100 miles or so, the vibrations are rather unpleasant. Couldn't feel much in my lower body afterwards.

We taped sponges to the foot pegs, and handlebars to try and dampen the vibrations. Horrible, horrible.

Oh and the bike won't know what speed it's doing. It will be alternating between 55mph and 85mph on the speedo, not much difference like!
