2002 DRZ E Model with SM wheels Spares or repair

Hi,
I've only owned this bike for 2 months myself, but don't have the time/money to fix it which is a complete shame.

The garage that looked at the bike has said it needs a new top end, at the very least it was a barrel reskim, valves regrinding and general decoking. Not 100% sure as it is not something I know a lot about.

So the bike is for sale, currently has majority of the plastics removed, radiators removed, carb removed and the top end has just been bolted back on (cam chain is not attached).

Could be an easy fix for somebody.

Am based in Plymouth, obviously it is not working so would need to be trailered/shoved in the back of a van.

Below is the only pic I have, seat cover is now plain blank and tank decals have been removed.
