Basically was following a BMW into my local tesco's car park.she turned into a juction in the car park and just stopped dead and started reversing ,I then beeped as if I let her carry on she would of reversed into my bike.So I park up and she keeps looking over and shaking her head I walk over and ask what the problem was and she replied "Didnt you see me reversing I was there before you and had my reverse lights on" I explained you still look in your mirrors and not reverse blindly .She wasn't having any of it and replied "Iv dealt with people like you before and refused to continue to talk to me and walked off.stupid fucking bitch!.Dont think that would of stood up in a insurance claim though Laughing .

Iv added a diagram to help.

what you guys think?

You should have replied "I've dealt with people like YOU before, and they never found the bodies!"

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Sounds like a miss to me, not a near miss.

A near miss, logically, would be a hit.

Wouldn't that be a 'nearly miss'?

something like this actually happened to me about a week ago, apart from they actually hit my bike. that's happened twice in less than a year!!

get your self a contour roam and you''l have video for the insurance if anything may happen

when reversing you need to give way to ALL other road users, not the other way around, It's in the highway code.
and you can fail you car test by continuing to reverse around a corner when a cars there :Derrrrrr: .
