I have just bought a Husky TE450 from my mate. The bike has only done 350 miles from new in 2004 and has spent most of its life sat in a garage gathering dust.

I took it for a good run on Sunday and it is running rich and is very lumpy / surges.

I think the choke may be sticking but I would rather take the carb to someone who knows what they are doing and give a good service / clean.

Anyone know of anyone in Birmingham that can do it?

Cheers

not local but have you checked the obvious being the air filter which may need a clean or replacing.

Carb is the last thing I would be worrying about unless its all gummed up and/or been fiddled with.
