Preziosi has been sacked and Audi have pretty much blamed him for the poor performance of the Ducati and the loss of Rossi. Audi want to make the structure of the bike more japanese!
Quote:

“The structure is to be altered to make it more ‘Japanese’ with the work divided up into separate divisions, and without tight central control of all aspects. Suter has been commissioned by Audi to build a new chassis for the Ducati as part of a separate, parallel project to try to improve the bike.”

Ducati should just stick to Superbikes... their MotoGp effort can't be helping bike sales... bike is pretty much classed as a 'career killer' by everyone, should be interesting to see how Diovo gets on next year.

To be fair, I doubt GP has much to do with bike sales. Merchandise yes but bike sales not so much. As someone said Ferrari doing crap in F1 wouldn't change your decision on buying one if you had the cash Wink

They are back in SBK next year anyway, should be interesting

Suter know how to build a chassis. Their moto2 chassis won the championship this year, and is always thereabouts.
