TT600 Slow speed Judder and crazy cold idle

Having some problems with my Triumph,

First, Is it normal for these to idle at around 3k until warm , Its rarther annoying when i need to just get on the bike (cold) and go, Also.. judders like shit when cold.

Secondly as i've said, even when warm it has some slow speed judder,..

It has the latest Map in it which i believe is (10166) If that means anything to the triumph gurus..

Also has a Leo Vince SBK end can.

To make the Idle a bit better Here is the warm-up Idle Chart , Was thinking about lowering them all to 1300.. Ideas?

I can live with the Juddering as its sometimes none existent, After a good service im Expecting/Hopeing it to dissapear..

I'm guessing bigger numbers mean richer. You sure you want to lean out the mixture when it is cold??

Have you checked everything else? condition of the plugs, air filter etc etc?

I would be checking the throttlebody rubbers for splits, sounds like it's getting too much air at idle.

You could also try resetting the adaptions too.

On the first chart, the Numbers represent the RPM so its at 1750Rpm when cold + whatever fuel the map gives it at that rev range bumps it up-to around 3k

The air filter is new, the plugs look fine.. Seems to be running a tad lean but thats about it..

Its not that bad, really.. But the high idle is pretty annoying to ride especially when just poping the the shops or whatever.. The number of people who say to me "Turn ya idle down mate" is unreal.

Rubbers are in Tip top condition, made sure they are seated correctly too.

I have tried resetting pretty much everything the Ecu lets me.. Still the same.

Reset the Adaptions this morning.. Bike seems to be a lot better.

Still idles high as fuck when cold though.. just want to be able to get on it and ride without having to slip the clutch until it gets hot.

If anyone has any ideas or has owned one of these, What was the cold idle like?

The idle on my Speed Four is exactly the same, takes some time to STFU...! But not 3k, maybe 2.5k tops. I returned my bike to standard (OEM Can) and it is now acceptable. I never had any luck playing about with the fuelling with aftermarket can on.

That's likely. With the race can on, mine sounded like it was running on 3 cylinders (fuel starvation) at some points. Hence why I quickly returned it to OEM can. It's still not perfect but it never was when it was originally sold I understand. Shame, i really enjoy my S4 otherwise.

my mate has one its painfull at idle not sure how high but very high.

also its very jerky at low revs like theres a pause in reaction when you open throttle i hate it.
