Trying to get some advice for a friend.
His wife knocked off her bike, U turning car, she was injured bike written off, Cat C.

Bike 1 year old bought £6K with £3K accessories/mods (receipts and declared).

3rd party's insurers offered £3900 + £750 extra if bike sold at full salvage value (whatever that means). They just want replacement bike to the same standard as that written off.

Cheque already send back and they're refusing to pay extra amount as bike not sold.

So if anyone can give the contact of a solicitor with bike accident experience that I can pass on I'd be grateful.

BTW don't want to get into discussion about bike or accident as I do not have that info.

Thanks Thumbs Up

https://www.minsterlaw.co.uk/

Minster Law helped me with my 2 non fault claims and got maximum amount (true amount)

It's the reason I went with the same insurers as they are the legal team.
