Hi guys, just new to the forum here so plz excuse any posting mistake (wrong section or whatever)

I've done my theory, cbt & mod 1 (on my own, well with help of youtube videos and google) ... phew luckily first time pass, had to go shrewsbury (50 miles away) via single carriageways lol

That done and dusted module 2 is starting to worry me.... I was wanting to clear something. I've gotten hold of some test routes for the Garrets Green test centre, unfortunately they are a few years old (2008-2009) and wanted to know if they'd have changed much or not since then? I understand it's your riding which is assesed etc. I am a decent rider, my judgements are great, etc. just dnt want to get caught out and do it the first time ...

Apart from that, i know that there are some places which I will pass and it goes like so >>> parked cars on both side and those hazard lines with diagonal white lines in them (if ygm) and are you allowed to go over them or not? There is not really any other way, bcuz as far as i gather you hav to be 3 feet away from the car parked and that puts me on them lines etc. would this be acceptable for the examiner? latitude and longitude as follows : 52.462374,-1.776416

Also if you could go just a bit north of that lat and long, theres a roundabout and as you can see, there's 1 lane to enter and exit roundabout but in the round about there's enough space for 2 cars to go at a time.... which 1 do I chose, and bike positioning as i enter? Im just too cautious ... I tried schools and they're all booked so no chance is what I get, but 4 my CBT my instructor said spot on, just need to turn the indicator off, ride like that and I will pass

Thanks in advance for your replies Very Happy

Edit* I also have a problem with after market indicators. for some strange reason (i guess the voltage or something) if the rpm's are above idle speed then the indicators work fine, if at idle of below (bike turned off) then they just stay on and don't blink, does this make it 'not roadworthy) I know blipping the throttle can be a fail, I was just thinking mayb keep it at a revved at lights and juctions.... if that wont be a problem .... P.S. the other 1's broke in a slide so dont have them

dont stress about little details on what roads you may or may not go down, you have no control, so don't try to predict every element or you wont focus.

Just ride normally, and safely, if you dont wanna go through the narrow bit with cars either side and oncoming traffic then don't.

Dont waste your time trying to predict test routes. ..there really is no point. I did the same, found out what would be called a typical test route from my centre from people on the net. ...then got to the mod2 day to go a TOTALLY different way , so really youre best off just looking on Youtube for Mod2 hints and tips.

You are worrying about shit that you can't change. Focus on riding safely and confidently and you will pass.

There isn't much prepping you can do for Mod 2. If you are ready book it, if not don't and practice more.

Guess i am worrying a bit too much.... oh and just a little daft question, They say you dont get marked down for going the wrong way am I right? so that basically means you can go which ever way you want 'SAFELY' ? ina way? I did read somewhere, some1 saying even tho i went the wrong way at every junction but did it safely and passed?

And thanks for your quick responses Thumbs Up

There is no such thing as a test route any more, they can take you where they want.

You do not HAVE to be 3 feet away from a parked car. You should leave room for a door to open, if you can't then you slow down to give yourself a longer reaction time.
Remember - LIFESAVER before moving over to pass the parked cars.

Those lines are fine to cross as the lines are broken. If they were solid then you shouldn't enter them (unless someone pulled out and you had to swerve)
