As far as I know, the booking system shouldn't let you book it if it's less than the 10 day wait...

I personally wouldn't risk it, the system let me book one even though it hasn't been 10 days, I think that's just how it is! Also note 10 days is 10 working days so 2 normal weeks!

I've managed to find a test elsewhere for the 3rd so that should be a safer option Thumbs Up

Hi there

10 days are working days, but also include Saterdays as a working day. So a 6 day week Wink

December 3rd is 10 working days after your test.

It will let you book but will/should only give you dates that are after the 10 day point after your test. This was from the horse's mouth, rang up the DSA to get a new slot after I mixed my time up and consequently missed it completely. So had to re-book and managed to get a slot for the 26th (4 days) as my test hadn't gone ahead and technically I hadn't failed.

Website did assume that I had failed and was giving me dates for mid/early December instead and was pleasantly surprised when I was told otherwise by the chap at the DSA.

I failed my Mod 1 the first time on Tuesday 6th November and did it again and passed on Tuesday 13th a week later. I either got lucky and they realised I was rushing to get it done or they just didn't realise Laughing

I know of a couple of people who have done this. I think it is just the system hasn't been updated quick enough. Go for it, it wouldn't be your fault their system let you book!

It is so that you take more corrective training, otherwisesomeone would just book up a weeks worth of tests every hour just to pass and not lern anything.

Pretty funny, considering that there's no requirement (UK or EU) to have had any training at all beyond the CBT. Rolling Eyes

I think I'd be minded to go for it and plead ignorance if there's any questions asked. Bit of a gamble, but you can always give it the "Why is you let me book it then?" attitude. Throw some gang signs, talk about music made after 1985, that'll fox 'em.
