I have a TomTom Go720 that I use in my car and would like to fit it to my 2001 TA and need it to be waterproof. I've looked at the RAM-Mount products and their Aqua box but in the UK this will cost an astounding £90 for the box and handlebar mount. Does anyone have a viable alternative (other than cling-wrap or sandwich bags)?

John,
Thanks John.

I have an Oxford tank bag which is not as waterproof as I had hoped. I did laminate print-outs last time which got me going but I think I would like to use the GPS also when not using a tank bag.

Steve.

I did the plastic bag with zip tie Just remember to try to get the bag tight so the screen is readable n carry a few extra ties. I contacted garmin about something for my 765t they said they did not recommend it as that is why they had waterproof ones I Just told em I aint paying £400+ for a waterproof gps if you bring the price down more you will sell no brainer.
