New to me fireblade 929 misfire?

Hi guys

Well I picked up my blade about a month or so ago

Apart from being very noisy (rattles) it's been fine.

Then yesterday the temp dropped and it didn't want to start,took 3-4 seconds to fire up normally starts quicker .

Then I noticed a misfire on overrun , today I could hear what sounded like a air leak, thapping noise,at the front of the engine when in drive?

The bike has a full erion manifold and a PCiii fitted with a custom map(not the smoothest map,I think top power was the goal not smoothness) kn air filter.

Any ideas on where to start as I'm stumped completely ,
