It means you have water/coolant in your oil.

Do you do lots of short journeys?

Edit: That picture is pretty small cant really see whats going on, can you see where the gunk in the airbox is coming from?

Someone more knowledgeable on ybr's will hopefully be along soon, does the crankcase breather vent into the airbox? If so i imagine that pipe will also be full of gunk. Its most likely from condensation and some oil vapor mixing with the damp air in the airbox. Change the oil and take the bike for a good long run, hopefully it will sort it out.

I wouldn't be alarmed by that. Yes the crankcase does vent to the air box and a bit of emulsification is normal there (speaking from the experience of owning a 2005 YBR for 40k miles), especially if you do short journeys. Could be that whoever had it before you did shorter journeys than you which is why there's that much in there, but it isn't terrible and I wouldn't worry about it. Just detach that nipple at the bottom and empty it out as part of each service.

Just take it for a good run every now and then, to burn off the water. Thumbs Up

I'd put that tube into an empty sideways red bull mini can or something, so it doesn't mess up your filter. Thumbs Up
