Hi guys, i recently purchased some Viper neoprene fork gaitors for my 1991 MTX 125 because i noticed that the original ones after 21 years have given up. I have absolutely no idea where to start as it seems painfully obvious that im going to have to whip the forks off. I have no idea how to fit these so i'm hoping you will be able to give me a step by step? Any advice would be gratefully recieved! cheers guys!

Remove front wheel, jack bike up.

Take the forks out of the yokes.

Put neoprene covers over the fork.

Slide forks back in and do up bolts.

Refit wheel.

Are they fucked/leaking?

Can you be bothered to spend an hour or 2 on them?

Do you have the money for new springs for them?

If not, do not worry.
