well after nearly 2 1/2 years with out a bike i got myself a decent cbr600f-n
its a 92 model with 25000 on the clock
im going to give it a service over the holiday and i also want to balance and clean the carbs
but not sure to let the bike shop sort that or buy a kit to balance them myself
will try and get some pics up soon

Watched a vid on this the other night, can't for the life of me find the particular one on youtube now, but it looked pretty simple to me - youtube is your friend!

If you think you can handle it yourself then buy the kit and do it yourself. You'll save yourself money in the long run when you go to do it again the second, third, fourth time, etc.

There's plenty of videos around and a lot of know-how on this forum who would happily give you help with it.
