Ok, my niece (1.5yrs old) always seems to prefer the box rather than the present inside, so this year she gets this. The Teddy inside is for her too:

Water will come straight through that roof and ventilation of the chimney might lead to problems but other than well done.

Get some wallpaper and cover the outside so it doesn't just look like a cardboard box. Also, where's the kitchen, she'll need that info for the future. Wink
