Choke problems

I have a Kinroad 125cc xt18 it has had a new carb put on but it's splutters & cuts out when I'm out on it I have been told it sounds like its chocking out but I don't know how to solve problem can any body give me some advice on how to solve this problem myself or will I need to take it to a garage any help & advice will be most welcom cheers

Why was a new carb fitted?

Yup, why? By whom? What carb? How do you know that it's jetted correctly for your engine?

At idle? While riding at a constant speed? While accelerating?

Told by whom? Based on what? Have they seen / listened to / ridden the bike?

First, help us to help you by describing the problem as thoroughly as you can. Describe any other strange symptoms, e.g. revving too high while at idle.

Get the bike to do it again, and then (without restarting it!) take the spark plug out and compare it to this:
