Hi everyone, I'm not to the forum so.. HI! Anyway currently I'm eighteen and trying to get myself through MOD1 and 2. However the new 2013 Laws, are causing some upset. I'd appreciate it if you could look at the e-petition I have made on the HM Goverment website. If you agree with it please feel free to sign up in agrement!
Thanks
Oli

The roads and test centres are more often than not too icy for a test to be taken.

Statistical evidence please.

Ice and winter weather is a very dangerous hazard on the road, particularly for motorcyclists. Therefore the 19th January 2013 new motorcycle licensing Law should be delayed, until safer road conditions are available for tests to be taken safely.

Why? The roads are no more and no less 'safe' under either testing regime.

Welcome to the real world of disappointment and frustration.

Sorry this isn't in any way a valid petition, it's just you whinging because you can't do your test when you want to.

So basically you haven't done your test yet and want more time to do it under the old rules. So you've designed a petition to hold back the changes in the system so you can complete your test and get a restricted license? Laughing

How about you go fuck yourself up the arse with your tedious, retarded, and thoroughly duplicative "petition", you pathetically inbred mongtard?

Is what I'd say if I wasn't so inherently polite.

The time for that was somewhere in 2005.

In 2013, you need to suck it up, do your A2 - if you can reach 19 without licking any plug sockets - and vote UKIP if you can find your way to the polliing station without a social worker to hold your hand, kthnxfuckingbye.

I won't apologise for the thread I have made, I asked for people to have a look and see if they agreed with the epetition or not. I will be happy to read replies, that are well thought out and sensible.
However I will not be talked down to ignorant mind people, if you find the need to swear in your posts it's not only disgraceful but shines a light on you as well. A petition is the way things are started, ranting on about your chosen political party and calling me " tedious, retarded and pathetically inbred mongtard" is out of order.

You've written to the government but couldn't even spell "Extend" right.

Also, "The roads and test centres are more often than not too icy for a test to be taken"

You've made that up. I bet more tests are going ahead than are being cancelled due to 3 days of cold weather.
