There are a few reasons that your fork seals may still leak - cheap, non-OEM seals can be rubbish, the seals can get damaged when sliding them down the fork leg for the first time, pitting on the stantions, over filling with oil and/or air........ I wouldn't give up on them quite so readily.
If you still want to swap over the forks, you'll find it easier to change the entire front end so that everything works together - wheel, discs, calipers etc, but then you may have the problem of matching up the rear wheel size to the new front. Steering stems can be swapped over if required.
How come the carb diaphragms are no good?

Thank you very much for replys... I just wondered if any end cans would fit simply because mine are tatty and don't sound great (Baffles breaking up).
The diaphragms are starting to perish, I would imagine they have been left to sit dry or out of the carbs.
