hi.. well my speedfight 2 100 is a W reg, done 16000km, it has a smell of petrol and is louder than normal... exhaust is on tight, no holes or anything, it also has a problem with power, keeps dying down, can be riding along at 60, soon as you let throttle off and back on it dies down then picks up speed again, and when i first got it, it used to do 74mph... now it does 60 pushing... any help would be greatful.

The speedo has stopped sticking and the sawdust has blown out of the muffler, done.

Really if you smell fuel you should remedy that first. Unless its insured for fire.
Most likely the exhaust is no longer working as it should. If its a catalyst exhaust it may be blocked or collapsed internally.
Of course the rest of the drive train needs checking, no final drive oil would limit top speed. As would a frayed belt and worn rollers.
