Sorry to post this here if it's the wrong place.
But is there a good site where I can check out punishments that are usually handed out to road offenses.
Along the lines of driving without a license, or careless driving or driving a un-taxed car etc...
Just small offenses really.
Any help appreciated.

Hi

Also try Pepipoo, although it is mainly to do with speeding offences.

All the best

Along the lines of careless driving without a license and L plates?

These are not viewed as small offenses! Rolling Eyes They can all result in imprisonment. <--- Worst case scenario.

I'm guessing you've been caught doing one of these 'small'(um, yeah) offences?

yeah,
They may not be small offenses. Just wondering what I'll get.
The policeman told me I'd get a slap on the hand beacuse it's my first offense + a ban + points + a fine.
Here's the deal.
I'm driving along in leicester with a provisonal driving license and no L plates on. I'm driving with a 19 year old friend who has a license. I come to a corner and realise late that it's there and quickly turn but miss and go through a fence into someones garden.
The police came and read me my rights.
Got to go to court in the summer.
My offenses were:
Careless driving.
Driving without L plates
Driving with only a provisional license.
Any idea what I should get?

For those offences you will probably get a few points and a fine. If you had no insurance aswell thats an automatic 6 points.

I think you'll get a ban.

The 19 year old in the car makes absolutly no difference, he might as well have been a 2 year old, as you have to be over 21 to supervise someone learning - he could well get some points too.

For driving a car into someone elses property with no licence and no insurance you're possibly looking at a ban and a pretty hefty fine. Oh, and a focked up insurance record for a good 5 years.
