He has video proof, if that goes to court at a very minimum he will be charged with dangerous driving and that'd be an easy conviction too as the video shows his driving is far below the expected standards of a competent and careful driver.

Road Traffic Act 1988 wrote:
(3) In subsections (1) and (2) above “dangerous” refers to danger either of injury to any person or of serious damage to property.

we're only as good as our last drive or ride.

The jag driver is an arrogant, shit for brains twat
who should have his instructors license taken away at the very least

It doesnt matter where the bike/scoot was, he shouldn't have tried to pass until it was safe to do so and he could do it with plenty of room to spare.

Jamming his brakes on just after the collision and cutting in front of the scoot like that was appallingly bad
