Just testing the water slightly.
I bought this as a project, didn't think much of it, easy project.
Replaced radiator, fan, air filter, oil/sump plug, 2 new tyres and got it running, got the subframe straightened.
It has no lower fairings, just front ones and rear ones, front has been fibreglassed back together.
It runs, it rides.
It will need either the bottom yoke straightened or a new set of yokes/front end, depends how loaded you are. It is only a very very slight twist but enough for me to be anal about.
Also, some indicators and 1 radiator hose (3 small tiny pin prick holes).
It has some MOT left till around April I think? Will confirm, its on around 38k. Tyres are brand new < 150 miles on them.
General condition is tatty, but thats just how it is I'm afraid.
Would make a decent hack or track bike (my original intention)
Reason for selling... got so many bikes now, need to save for Spain.
Looking for around £500, covers the cost of the bike, the parts, the time and the price I paid to get a van. Basically nothing in it for me apart from paying for my trip. |
