One of my bikes is parked in a puddle.

I don't think it will affect tyre integrity, can someone intelligent please confirm/dispute please?

Is it parked in a puddle for a long time? Only thing I can think of is if there is a huge temperature difference between the air and the water. If the water is colder there could be a harder patch of tyre when you begin to move off which will sort itself out in no time.

Last thing I knew was that rubber isn't dissolved by water!
