Is it possible? Has it been done?

I think my bike would look good with spoked wheels but I'd like them to be as light as possible.

Can you buy such a thing?

You can get them for pushbikes.

Bit pointless, they have ton be bonded to the hub and rim, so you break a spoke you have to replace the wheel.

I've never seen anything for a motorbike though, doubt there's a market for it.

After some googling I think I might have been a bit ambitious hoping for carbon fibre spokes.

But someone has managed putting tubeless spoked wheels on a Street Triple:
