Has anyone had anything from them in the past month?

I ordered a rack for my wife's bike (Christmas Present) on the 12th December and despite repeated emails and phone calls I cannot get to speak to anyone on where it is.

I gave them a google. "motorbikes and Parts" Seems like everyone whos used them for anything ever is unhappy with them. The top few links are people saying they have waited weeks / months for things too arrive.
