I'm still new to biking and when i was giving the bike a clean today i noticed this hanging down. Just wanted to know what it was for really. Any answers would be good Smile

Looks like it could be a charger fly lead so that a charger can be fitted with out removing the battery.

Make sure that the waterproof cover is on.

Suzuki? Looks like SV.Never noticed on mine, only wiring that side was regulator.

Yup, it looks like an Optimate flylead. As Katana says, ensure that the waterproof cover is on and tuck it out of harms way.
