So my gsxr come up with an FI light today.

All was good until I was riding back from work. After about 10minutes the bike was coughing and stuttering at anything over 4k revs. Below its fine.

The code comes up as -c00 with the - sign at the top when I put it in dealer mode

What could be going on ? Pretty worried about this. I also notice it runs at around 100degrees when stationary after a ride but cools down as I ride.

Any suggestions? I'm a new biker and only got it 2 weeks ago Please help...

c00 error code says there's no fault.

Have you had a peek at the air filter?

I have not got a clue about bikes. So even if I could get to the air filter I don't know what to do with it.

Just hope it isn't something expensive...

The bike will get hot when running and stationary as there's no air flowing through the radiator. It'll also heat up when switched off after running a little, as the water pump/fans are no longer running to keep the bike cool.

Joe's asking if you've inspected the air filter to see if it's dirty/clogged.

However as you've got no clue how to get to an air filter, just take it to your dealer....
