1990 KL/KLR 250 for sale

My mate took a KL/KLR 250 Kawasaki in part ex on his XJ6 because he knew i was after a green laner, at the same time me and the wife planned a trip to Corsica so i went and blew all my spare on a Trumpet Tiger. So i said i would help sell it for him. It will be going on ebay in a couple of weeks but i thought i'd give you lot a chance first.
This is a 1990 KL/KLR 250 Kawasaki. its is in good nick for 22 years old buy has only done 26,220 miles. It has very good compression and starts first kick once you give it the commitment it needs. It is quite powerful for a 250 and will cruise at 70mph all day (see the test in the last edition of Practical Sportsbike Magazine for a full report on these bikes). Its taxed and tested until September 2013 and has no nasty rattles or knocks aside from the usual single cylinder air cooled sound. The tyres and chain and sprockets are in good nick so with the tax and test the bike can be bought and ridden away Who ever buys this bike will not be disappointed, it will make an ideal green laner for someone. All lights brakes indicators etc work properly. The bike is in Stoke on Trent so fairly central to all.
