Hi all,

My vfr isnt charging the battery, its early stages sometimes it starts sometimes it doesnt..

Ive seen a thread on here saying to replace the reg/rec with a Honda cb 250N superdream reg/rec as its more robust and handles heat better? Is this a good idea?

Replacement reg/recs are ten a penny. Go for an aftermarket one with a larger heatsink.
