I'd say about single finger pressure (pull the ratchet with 1 finger rather than the whole hand).... that or if you know how much force you used to remove the bolts, try to match that when tightening up.

I should point out I've never used a torque wrench in my life, but I'd say I'm pretty accurate with the same amount of force to tighten as I use loosening nuts and bolts

Derbi senda 50 is 19 to 22 nm. This would be a safe bet.
Not sure I would take advice from someone who admits to never having used a torque wrench before Shocked

I wouldn't try to judge it by how tight they are to come out as bolts that have been in for a number of years will most likely feel very tight to get moving.. also who's to say they are on at the correct setting to start?
