new PC build advice again

so far i have got

amd 8120 cpu
corsair 8gb ram (want to get 8gb dimms any suggestions as i plan on going with 32gb or ram)
asus sabertooth 990fx R.2.0
xfx 1250w psu
HD5450 GPU (i plan on getting a better one later on, something with cuda)
TPLINK wifi card

case wise im thinking this now

storage im a bit stuck, i have never bought an SSD before

im going to by a 2tb HDD and an ssd boot drive, what ones are good?

im also going to buy more 2tb drives when i can afford them and then put them in a raid array, is on board software raid okay or is it better to go with an extra raid card?

I had a good look around at SSDs and eventually went for a samsung 840 pro.

What sort of RAID array are you thinking about? If your goal increased speed or increased reliability?

Samsung & Intel SSDs are leading the way at the moment. Can't go wrong with either brand.
