Ok so I'm not on here as often as I could be but felt this the best place to ask such a question.....

I ride a Honda Pan European and have a preference for a flip front helmet. Problem I've got is that with the presence of the screen, not much air is getting through the vents meaning it'll fog when I breathe. Now I've checked the vents and found them to be clear.

My other helmet (a full face one) doesn't have such a problem with ventilation on the Pan and I can even speak on my intercom with no visor fog.

Just wondering if anyone has had any sort of similar problem or if there is a recommended helmet I could buy. The flip front at the moment is a Airoh Mathisse RS - was great on my CB500, not so much on the ST.

My Cabernet konda has the same problem, try looking at shoei or schuberth, they have pinlock visors as standard ( without the insert, that's extra) instant clear vision Thumbs Up

Thanks man. Most of the places round here sell Shoei so I'll take a look. Interestingly I found one by a company called Nolan - the N103. Anyone got any experience with one of these? Just wondering if they're any good.

Can you not just fit a pinlock?

Pinlock are a must - they will solve the problem. I think you can get pinlock kits which you can fit to most visors (but you have to drill small holes so v fiddley).
