Camping Bulgaria

Hello. My folks are currently setting up a move to a small village called Stanevo in Bulgaria and they are going to convert their property into a small, very biker friendly, campsite. As bikers and campers themselves they want to be able to provide everything that they would look for in a camping destination/stop over, in a new, unusual location. Please take a look at their site and give them a shout if you're planning on a trip East in the summer. They're less than 220 miles from the Transfăgărășan Pass, should that float your boat! Thanks.

I wish them every success with their venture, I hope it all works out. We spent a bit of time in Bulgaria last summer on the bike and thought it was great, particularly the low cost of food, drink and accomodation. People were great and I would love to go back sometime, though I have to be honest our days of camping are long gone.

Seen quite a few bikes loaded up with camping gear throughout Bulgaria so a biker focused site in the right location might just be a winner. Thumbs Up
