On a pc open any video up in youtube

Press play, then pause it.

Next hold down the left arrow on your keyboard for 2 seconds then with the left arrow still held down press the up arrow.

Enjoy.

If you cant see what's supposed to be happening try pausing on a moment when most of the video is black.
