Once again to the collective. My niece makes fancy cakes for rich people..... Anyway, she has an order for a decoration featuring these 'bikes'.
The frame/engine I'm pretty sure is a Kwak 1000 aircooled, but obviously with some modern ancilliaries.
She is not sure if the rider / tai section is the same bike or there is some connection. I'm sure I reckognise the guy, an 80' - 90's Brit but after that I am stumped. Any ideas?

Cheers

Hey Jjdugen.

Well, we've had cakes made for us before, usually birthdays and stuff, always taste good!

However, when we've wanted them made, we have had to provide pictures of the things in question, usually a motorcycle helmet or other things.

So, someone's come in with these two pictures and said: "Identify this bike, then make a cake from it?".

That doesn't seem right to me. Confused. I'll see if I can find any that look like it.

EDIT: It looks to me, based on the back end in the first picture like a mid-90s Kawasaki Ninja, like a ZX7R or something? As for the second bike, not a clue, some chop cruiser?

Cheers!

Thanks and anyone else? I only ever get half the story.... Its a bike, I'm expected to know!

From what little I have been told its a cake for someone with terminal cancer and its for a surprise birthday party. Probably a female relation who thinks its a good idea. This, BTW is a lot more than she usually gets, the last was, do a car decoration. The picture was a tiny thumbnail size image, (an original 'Sweeney' Granada that I managed to ID). So, as usual, any help is welcomed.

That's crazy!

When I had mine done as a surprise for my birthday party it was of my custom racing helmet and they requested ten pictures of it, one front, one back, three for each side and two from the top. Admittedly they did do a fantastic job but they said they needed at least five clear pictures of it, ten being the optimum for something of that size, for a bike I'd expect they would want at least the same amount to get a clear representation of it.

Either way, the rear end tells you nothing as it could be a Ninja back end on a GSX-R and the other picture tells you almost nothing unless someone recognizes the frame/engine combo but to me it looks like a custom chop rather than standard bike.

Get her to ask for more pictures. Thumbs Up.

No idea about the first pic.

But the second pic is of a hard tail, with an aircooled four engine, but with modern (and clearly one-off) exhausts. So its a custom build. No way to tell what it would have looked like complete, other than being hardtail with underseat exhausts. Although it would be pretty raked, given the height of that headstock.

That hardtail might be a drag frame.

Look where the pegs are.
