Hi guys, Very Happy

As i have said in previous posts, i am a noob to the mechanics of motorbikes and post about pretty basic stuff. I do this ot get an idea so i can go chat to the mechanics here. I live in Thailand so having some knowledge myself helps the situation with the language barrier.

So... i have noticed today there is a considerable amount of oil and grease down my left fork and front brake cable. It appears that there is a leak? Would this be a broken fork seal? I dont think it is the brake fluid as its on the outside of the cable. So... my only conclusion is the front forks have a leak. There seems to be a considerable amount of fluid leaking and signs of drippage on the rim. Can anyone advise me on this please?!

Go see a proctologist.

Sounds like a fork seal, post up some pictures.

Yep sounds like a fork seal, whats the condition of the stanchion like? If its pitted from rust in the travel area, it will likely be causing the leak.
