webcam reccomendations

up till now I have been using my Canon GL2 camcorder as a webcam
picture quality is great bit I have to use an external mike as the camcorder one isn't picked up in skype etc just the cam

Spec's I need are Full HD 1080 (has to be) high speed (30+ frames per sec)
good for streaming video, decent audio at least as I may use it to film acoustic guitar tracks for youtube etc
to save me setting up the big cam and I want to keep it under £50 or there about's
