They will be shit, weirdly that video is now private.
As long as they have Sam Michael working for them they will go backwards, give it a few years and Mclaren will be where Williams were 2 years ago.

Williams employed Sam Michael, as soon as they did he is the killer of teams
Employed by Lotus in 93, in 1994 Lotus went bankrupt

He then went to Jordan where they didn't do too well, within 6 years they kinda fell off the pace and got sold a few years after Michael had ruined the team.

At this time Williams were dropping off the pace, he then moved to Williams in 1999, where they fell further and further back down the field, when like Jordan they start struggling financially.

Sam Michael then leaves Williams in 2011 and goes to Mclaren, his first full year at Mclaren, 2012 is the clumsiest year for Mclaren ever, mostly off the pace, cars inconsistent, breaking down and dreadful pitstops.

As long as Sam Michael is anywhere near any F1 team, that team will go backwards
