slightly confused. it appers that they are saying that a1 + a2 klicences auto upgrade after holding for 2 years? i thought that stopped with the 33hp law? Confused

They're saying that after two years of holding A1, you just need to take another practical in order to get an A2 licence.

Same applies with A2 to full A.
