Find BCF forum member who wouldn't mind taking a long trip to see and help you.
I would if I had my new bike and passed my test, because when I do, any excuse for a long ride :>
But umm, could tape the stopwatch to your bike and try like that, if you could do it without risking lack of bike control.

Is it full power or restricted. The DT and KMX are about the same weight and power. The KMX125 with std gearing does 0-60 in around 7-8sec in full power (24bhp) form. With lower gearing you might be faster, but not always, as it depends on the gear ratios etc. The KMX needs 4 gears to get to 60, on std gearing, but it can usefully pull an extra 1t on the front sprocket which adds about 5mph top speed.

Hi

The sports 125's are around 7 seconds to 60mph in full power form. OK the DT might be marginally faster off the line but even by 60 the aerodynamics will be having a negative impact so I would expect about the same.

All the best

Keith
