I have a Golf 1.4 P reg. One of the exhaust manifold studs has broke. Is there a quick fix to this that anyone knows? thinking slap some paste on or weld the fucker up. It's the one on the farthest right if looking at the engine.

Is there any of the stud still sticking out or has it snapped flush with the head?

A cunt trick would be to drill and tap into the stud and then use a smaller bolt to secure the exhaust on it in order to make it Somebody Else's Problem. Dunno if you have enough access to even do that though.
