Been driving for about 2 years now, solidly everyday.

Today I saw a CB-1 for the first time...

Nothing else to report, a complete waste of teh interwebz space init..

But, to the guy driving the Red (California import) 1990 CB-1 on the woolich road today, good job mon!

In other news, I'm seriously considering a full re-build on my CB-1 (which is currently forming new ecosystems on the frame and body...)
Am I'm currently in the process of planning the order of work and carrying out an evaluation of cost to perform the required work...

Will need more investigation as I have not seen it since last summer.. boy, it's going to be a peace of shit by now.

So yeah, if work does commence, then you should see a CB-1 re-build project appearing with-in the next 2 months max.

That is all, have a nice day.

In CZE there are not many of them, but I always have something special and rare, like '88 GPz550, I've never seen one on the road and on czech forums there were like 3 GPz's in the whole country Laughing

I gonna do the charging in next month, stator or rotor seems to be dead or too dirty to work, but it still is the most reliable motorcycle I've ever had Thumbs Up

If I'll keep the bike, I'd do also valve clearances Wink

Yeah! I thought "holy shit, a CB-1!" its the Red Cali one as well.. but naturally the blue Jap one is the best.

Yeah, I'm liking the white and red idea, will give it a look like no other. this really will be one rare machine...

But as I say, I shall pay it a visit soon to inspect the damage. I'll update you then.

They have entire shops in Tokyo that do nothing but aftermarket parts for them.

Damm, musta been more of a hit over there than I thought.

Could well use some links to good part suppliers, wemoto is great for all the basics + consumables, but more choice is always welcomed.

Dang! Looking mint man, post pic's when your done...

Treeno: maybe we should re-evaluate the colour scheme! I've always pondered making it Racing Green, it's a classic now after all.

But anyway, I just called the mechanic, I'm going round there to inspect the damage later with him. I'll post my findings on here for archival purposes.

Well black and red was the first thing I suggested when you asked me what colour! I'm not sure about green, speaks more British to me.

Looks stunning.

This is the level of finish and quality I'm looking for at the end.

Don't like the white with black though, bit too contrasting for the CB-1 design.

Yeah that's a great price for a bike that looks that good as well. Although I suppose mileage is quite high.
