Yoooo

The owner of the training shop where i passed is flogging his Honda CRM 250 I'm not sure what model it is but i think its MK3 or AR, unsure of mileage. i asked about it when i was in on Saturday but the owner wasn't in and was told he wants 1100 for it.

Anyone here ever had one of these or had any experience with them?

Cheers!!!!

Decent little trail bikes that unlike the road 2 strokes, are now not holding their value so well.

Doesn't have sparkle of a competition bike, but still lighter and more lively than the 4 stroke trail bikes.

£1100 sounds like a good price for a late model.

What are you intending to use it for by the way?

There are better choices if it's purely for the road I suspect.

But for a mixture of road and off road or for trail and light enduro competition use it should be good.

Sounds like a good choice.

Just had a look at prices and it seems actually the £1.1k sounds about right - the CRM used to keep it's value pretty well as it was about the best 2 stroke trail bikes and the 4 strokes don't come close in terms of weight.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Cars-Motorcycles-Vehicles-/9800/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=crm250&LH_Complete=1&rt=nc

Of course, 2 stroke competition bikes are still being made and can be purchased road legal, so a lot of people will probably just end up with one of those.

Ill be happy enough with a 250 2t even though my parents are going to kill me but fuck them.

Worth offering £1000, see how quickly he wants to sell it.
