Can you get them online?

I've been trying for ages to get standard suspension settings for a 2000-2001 ZX-9 E1 and all I can find is people's own settings etc. "Two turns out from standard" doesn't mean shit if you don't know what standard is... Confused

Thumbs Up

you don't necessarily want standard on a zx9

Performance Bikes can mail you a copy of their set up guide

or try here (this is the zx9 section of zx12r.org)

https://www.zx-12r.org/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=7&sid=7f513114ea2d36ca57527f80e4c52b9f

or there must be a zx9r.org type forum

usually the instructions are "two turns out from fully in"

Incidentally, I had the same problem with the R1 - couldn't find the standard settings anywhere. Finally found them in one of the back issues of PB Thumbs Up

Have you tried looking on mcnninjas?
Not sure what they got on there now, but I know they used to have lots of such things (ready scanned Smile).

I could do you a deal on an ohlins shock and reworked forks Razz.
