Nitro psi helmet bought 4 months from J&S, it came pinlock ready, i have not removed them or done anything other than clean it. Noticed this today. Not too good.
Is it worth getting in touch with them regards this ?

Got to be worth a try. I had a problem with my Scala after three months, went in to J&S and they swapped-it without fuss. Smile

you've cleaned it with something containing a solvent, mr sheen, rainex, or used some sort of aerosol on it and it has attacked the lexan through the drilled hole as it isn't a sealed surface.

Assuming this isn't the case i would expect a replacement or refund.

I had the same with my Caberg Visor, the supplier (Nicholas Noble) replaced it straight away ! no fuss.
Must admit the replacement is going the same way, after 12 months. cleaned with muck-off visor cleaner or washing up liquid !
