I know some of you stick to the motorbike specific oil etc, but this is a ridiculously good deal.

https://tinyurl.com/kqovd2s

4L of fully synth 5W40 for £10. Or you can get semi synth 10w40 for the same price too.

Has to be a bargain.

Saw this this morning. Was in halfords yesterday for various parts, and VERY nearly bought oil. Only held out because there wasn't an offer on. That'll be me in Halfords again tonight then.

Might go get this, but now for the decision of 5w40 fully, or 10w40 semi. Hmmmm

Depends what for Doh!
If for older bike I'd plump for the all-round semi-synth.

10/40 semi in a hairnet. Thumbs Up

This is what I have used every other time I have changed oil previously, so I guess it makes sense. Laughing

Although I just read a few reviews and it looks like halfords oil causes clutch slip, don't know if this is fact, just what I read.

I've never had clutch slip using it in a litre V twin

I was trying to decide between the 5w40 fully and the 10w40 semi synth.

Was a bit worried about any friction stuff in the 5w40 so went for the 10w40......(still bought the 5w40 anyhoo as itll go in the cars.)

I only got 4l, should have gotten more really.

I didn't see the WD! I would have bought about 20 if I did. Crying or Very sad

I doubt cheapo Halfords oil will have the friction modifiers that cause clutch slip...

4l for £10 so for £30 you could have 12 litres of oil.

Or you could find someone with a Costco card and buy 20 litres of oil for £30 which whilst not on offer, seems a much better offer. Wink
